Re-totaling \ Revaluation \Photocopy

UG candidate may apply for re-totaling \ revaluation and Photocopy of valued answer scripts, to the controller of examinations through the Head of the department and principal, in the prescribed form, remitting the prescribed fee within the 10 days from the date of publications of results.

Candidate, who desires to apply for re-valuation after obtaining the photocopy of the valued answer script, can do so within 7 days from the date of receipt of the photocopy, after remitting the prescribed fee.

Note:There is no provision for Re-valuation/Photocopy for PG courses as double valuation system is being followed.

Improvement

A student who passes a paper in the first attempt can re-appear for the same paper in the succeeding end-of-semester examination only for improving the marks.

Mark Statement

Revised mark statement will be issued after withdrawing the previous one, if the marks obtained in re-valuation \ re-totaling \improvement are higher than the marks awarded earlier. In other cases, the marks scored in the first attempt will be retained and the matter will be intimated to the student concerned.

Hall-Ticket

Hall-tickets for end-of-semester examinations will be issued three days before the commencement of examinations.

Schedule

The candidates who have left the College after completion of the Course but have arrear are hereby informed to obtain Examination Application form to appear for End-of-Semester examinations - November 2007, from the Controller of Examinations of this College and submit the duly filled applications along with the prescribed fee. Last date for the payment of fee without fine is 22-09-2007 and with fine of Rs.60 – 28-09-2007. Applications will not be issued after the above mentioned days.
